Terms and Conditions

  1. The vacation is valid for travel by a married couple or two adults who have lived together in excess of three years, one of whom must be at least 30 years of age. Adults must present a valid driver´s license and a major credit card for identification at time of check-in.
  2. All reservations are subject to availability.
  3. Requests for additional nights or any other modifications to this vacation are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons.
  4. This vacation is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.
  5. Vacation may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  6. Vacation may not be used for travel by Sunset Club or Pura Vida members.
  7. This vacation does not include airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it.
  8. This vacation is nonrefundable; however it is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  9. Must attend a 90-120 minute presentation at our Private Residence Club.

Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa & Nature Park is an all-inclusive resort located 45 minutes south of Cancun’s international airport and 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

Hacienda Tres Rios combines warm hospitality with exceptional service, sizable, comfortable suites, and culinary delights including Mexican, Italian and Asian Fusion cuisine, fresh seafood, a French bakery and café, and a pizzeria with a wood burning oven.

Guests love to spend time at one of two swimming pools or one of two beaches or participating in the daily and nightly activities, like the weekly Mexican Fiesta or Yoga on the beach.

Hacienda Tres Rios, awarded for its eco-friendly and sustainable efforts, rests in beautiful 326-acre Tres Rios Nature Park home to 131 species of animals and 120 species of tropical plants. The name refers to the three natural rivers that run through the park, which also includes ten cenotes (natural freshwater sinkholes).

All of the activities in the Nature Park, including snorkeling, kayaking, the bicycle tour and many more are part of the all-inclusive plan.
