Each December Sunset World, the parent company of Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa and Nature Park, celebrates the holiday season with the Sunset Boat Parade. This year the event will take place on December 20.

Any individual or company may decorate their boat and join the festive parade. There is no cost but participants must sign up.

The general public is invited to watch the parade, fireworks and other activities from Jardin del Arte, located at km 4.5 in the Hotel Zone. Entrance is free. Jardin del Arte opens to the public at 5:00 pm and the parade will pass at approximately 5:45 pm and again at 6:45 pm.

There will be fireworks at 6:50 pm and a musical presentation at 7:00 pm.

Jardin del Arte will also host stands offering handicrafts and other products, promotions and shows.

The hashtag for the event is #SunsetBP. Sunset World invites you to share your photos on social networks.
