“PARADISE”

The title says it all, pure “PARADISE” is what you are going experience at Tres Rios.

My wife and I vacation in Cancun a minimum of twice a year.
In September of 2008, we were afforded the opportunity to tour Hacienda Tres Rios with Francisco,"Paco", our Real-Estate agent, an authentic gentlemen. As my wife and I toured the Tres Rios complex, we viewed the development in its construction phase with several of the guest rooms completed for inspection along with the El Alebrijie restaurant, also completed for inspection. Were we impressed, yes, were we skeptical about becoming members of Tres Rios, especially during its pre-construction phase.

During the negotiations to become members of Tres Rios, my wife and I were introduced the Project Manager, Dallas, a professional businessman dedicated to his clients desires. After developing a rapport with Dallas and having a commonality of being motorcycle enthusiasts, we became more than just clients, we became friends. Dallas reassured us to avoid our skepticism of being members during pre-construction and assured us Tres Rios will be the Riviera Maya’s “PARADISE”. Yes, my wife and I became members of Tres Rios, we consummated the purchase with Dallas and the champagne flowed, something you need to experience. Now that my wife and I became members of Tres Rios, Dallas also realigned our status to “V.I.P.”, something else you need to experience.

All I need to say now is that the Hacienda Tres Rios is our new true “HOME AWAY FROM HOME” and we have become part of the Tres Rios family, this is something you definitely need to experience.

On November 14, 2009, my wife and I arrived at the Cancun International Airport; with the normal hassles of getting through Customs and an issue with the transportation, we finally arrived at Hacienda Tres Rios, only to discover a quandary with our suite. Instantaneously we were attended to by our Concierge, Shakira, and Member Services Manager, Jose Luis, to take care of our dilemma; Jose and Shakira immediately rectified the situation by communicating with Dallas and we were presented with our ocean view, one bedroom suite. Purely wonderful is the best way to describe the suite, marble tile everywhere, mahogany woodwork throughout, even to the romantically lit headboard of the king size bed.

Tres Rios is situated on 362 acres of magnificent wilderness with its natural habitants being any creature from a family of monkeys, to your friendly lizard, to exotic birds. The resort is a marvel, from the enormous reception area, to the court yard that encompasses natural foliage, to the palm trees surrounding two large pools, to the queen size beds lining the sandy beachfront, to the silhouette of Cozemel lingering on the ocean’s surface, “PARADISE”.

Perhaps the very best of all that Tres Rios renders is the food, drink and service orchestrated by Food Service Manager, Samuel, a true gentlemen’s gentlemen, an asset that you will remember forever. Samuel and his right-hand-person, Claudia treated my wife and I like royalty beyond your imagination. From the time we awoke, to the time we set for sleep, we were catered to with magnificent food and beverage. Whether being at the poolside or at a formal dinner, Samuel would not rest until he was certain that all our wants and needs were satisfied. Samuel, in reality is a remarkable individual.

In ending, I must also mention my wife and I became a bigger of part the Tres Rios family by upgrading our membership to a two bedroom Villa. This is how we were acquainted with our new friend, Magnus, an exceptional Real-Estate agent and definitely the best that Tres Rios has employed.

“Tres Rios”, is truly “PARADISE”.
