Resort Receives RCI Gold Crown Award for Service Excellence

Hacienda Tres Ríos Earns a Highly Renowned Award Authorized by RCI, the Worldwide Leader in Vacation Ownership Exchange.

Hacienda Andalucía Equestrian & Polo Club and the Admiral Yacht Club, sister companies of the resort, also received award recognition for the high ratings attributed by guests.

February 25, 2010 – Hacienda Tres Ríos received international recognition with one of six honorable Gold Crown Awards won by the hotel group. This award is the highest acknowledgment granted by Resort Condominiums International (RCI), the worldwide leader in vacation ownership exchange.
The awards are presented based on the exceptional ratings given by guests staying in the Cancun and Riviera Maya resorts.
In an impressive ceremony celebrated before distinguished tourism managers, directors and media, RCI presented the coveted award to the exclusive Hacienda Tres Ríos resort, Hacienda Andalucía Equestrian & Polo Club and the Admiral Yacht Club, sister companies of the resort.
“It is an honor for us to receive this award. It shows that we are doing things right! We will continue to improve our standards of quality for the benefit of our guests and all tourists that visit the Mexican Caribbean,” stated CEO Orlando Arroyo Marroquín.
This is the fifth time the Admiral Yacht Club is recognized with this award and the second time for Hacienda Tres Ríos, the most luxurious and ecological resort of the group.
RCI also presented Top Seller Recognition for the best sales representatives in the sales room and the most productive promoters of this proudly-Mexican tourism consortium, awards that have been achieved for over 10 years for the high number of vacation ownership sales.
