- Guaranteed reservations for dinner in specialty restaurants which can be arranged through your butler.
- A la carte breakfast menú in Portobello 8:00-11:00 am. Sunday through Friday.
- Exclusive dinner menú in Alebrije, Kotori, Portobello and Hacienda Grill 6:30-10:30 pm.
- 25 % off on wine cellar.
- A special menú for room service.
- A special price for the Chef’s Table ($110 USD) Tuesday through Saturday at 6:30 pm and 8:15 pm.
- A special price for the Luna Maya dinner (25% discount) Monday through Sunday 6:30-9:00 pm.

Disappointed upon retuning after 6 years. Our visit before was overwhelming and wonderful, this visit was a comic of errors from the hairdryers that blew your hair like a vacuum, to the un-kept and lack there of poolside bathrooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially the pool guys each day and the entertainment staff. However the food lacked and service in the restaurants lacked a lot. The Hacienda Grill rocked, their manger and staff made it an incredible place breakfast, lunch and dinner. However with all the amazing choices in Mexico to go to we won’t be back…..

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at tres rios,last week.Thanks to the courteous employees with special mention to Keren of the member concierge,and Chef Michael and his Captain Victor of the Hacienda Grill,they went for the extra mile in preparing a special surprise and sumptous dinner for my wife’s B-Day w/c she appreciates very much.Except for the lack of notice of the power interruption on the early morning of our departure everything else was to our satisfaction…

So this resort has ripped my husband and I off 3500 $ we decided not to become members and the money was promised back on my visa within 15 days.. It now has been 5 months.. Lawyers and social media now involved. numerous phone calls and emails and we were told a month and a half ago by the end of that week we would get our money back but now no one is returning our messages or phone calls.. So we have no membership and 3500 has been stolen…. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE…
