Contest Instructions

1. Create a 2 minute (max) video showing us how you stay green in your daily life. (Ex. Don´t use a dryer. Hang your clothes to dry.)

2. Upload directly onto the contest side link “Wildfire” on the Hacienda Tres Rios Facebook page.

3. Your video can be funny, serious, silly, dramatic, scary, professional, etc…

4. Our judges will pick the top 5 most creative videos.

5. From those 5, YOUR friends and family and OUR fans will vote for their favorite.

Contest Timelines

Submit your entry: June 13 to June 27

Judging: June 28 to June 30

Public Vote: July 1 to July 11

Winner Announced: July 12

How are the Finalists selected?

The Finalists will be selected based on the following judging criteria based on a 10-point grading system:

a) Innovation of your “Green Action” (5 points)

b) Impact of your green action in your community (3 points)

c) Video Creativity (2 points).

How are the WINNER selected?

After the 5 finalists are announced, the winner will be chosen by a thumbs up/thumbs down system. The person who has more votes wins!
