On the evening of Saturday May 29th, 2010, starting 7 p.m., the Riviera Maya will host one of the best international jazz festivals of all times; an extraordinary beachside concert taking place at Mamita’s Beach Club in Playa del Carmen, one of the most popular spots in the Caribbean.
Annually hosted by the acclaimed Riviera Maya Jazz Festival, the concert will feature guest performances by renowned international music artists, such as R&B singer and songwriter Phil Perry, platinum-recording artist Brian McKnight, and distinguished Mexican jazz singer Caro Montes, who will be opening the concert with her debut as a soloist.
Going on its eighth season this year, the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival will share with its visitors an impressive fusion of jazz music; combining the most varied expressions of the genre with one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the world, Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
