Description: DOWNTOWN. Since El Tacolote is located on the mainland, it’s a bit less expensive than similar eateries in the Hotel Zone. But it certainly doesn’t rank lower in any other respect! They serve traditional Mexican food, perfectly seasoned and fresh, with house-made salsa and totopos. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, really, but try the parrillada or alambre tacos.
