Apple Vacations is one of the first charter vacation companies in the United States and a highly-trusted tour operator. Their Golden Apple is awarded to Apple Vacations’ customers who have met “the highest standards of quality, service and excellence.”

Hacienda Tres Rios received Golden Apple recognition awarded by the tour operator in 2010 and 2011. The award recognizes those hotels that have earned exceptional ratings on satisfaction surveys carried out to visitors upon their return.
